"I ordered a latte, they gave me an ice cream coffee with milk. When I tried to give it back, they said they had already broken the espresso machine. Why don't you tell me when I order? You expected me to take it and keep my mouth shut. I have a lot of fear, so plus the strange Intercom order system (just so that they can keep the doors closed to make AC work optimally because that was a new thing they never before during the Kovid) made me invaluable. I rarely made an order right. Tacos ordered vegan usually come with eggs, bacon or cheese, after taking forever. If they are right, they are runny and bland. No sense for good service or quality assurance here. It looks like they just take your money and rush home."
