"We ordered a large mushroom pizza at 4:10 PM. When we called at 5:20 PM, we were told it would take another 1.5 hours to arrive. This is completely unacceptable, especially since they advertise a $2 delivery fee with an estimated time of 20-35 minutes. It feels like a joke. If this hadn’t happened to us, I would be very ashamed. It’s now 5:50 PM, and our pizza just arrived—cold. We will never order from COLONIA PIZZA again, and I will make sure to warn everyone I know not to order from there either."
