"Hi, it was very busy when we were there, our waiter was working very hard to keep everyone happy and it was not his fault that the food was barely edible. We did not complain because staff was very friendly and working hard and the food had nothing to do with them. Our potatoes were lumpy, not fully cooked, as well as the vegetables. The vegetables were so undercooked I could not get a knife through the carrots, the Brussels sprouts were like rocks, we ended up unable to eat anything except for the salmon which was pretty good. Had the rest of the meal been cooked all the way it would have been a nice meal. For $100 and only being able to eat one thing that was served I would not recommend or come again unless just for drinks."

"that was our first time eating in serendipity. we had a reservation for 4 at 5:30. I will say that the decor on the evening's side is beautiful. the bar side has many and many tvs, but only 4 seats at the actual bar. the barkeeper had no idea about the menu or what was available in the restaurant and actually gave us absolutely false information. the drinks were just okay. we left the bar side and went to the table on the dinner side. eating was good, not great and a bit too expensive. our friends ordered sweet carrots as side with their meal and apparently used the kitchen salt instead of sugar. how this is happening? our server never came back to check us, we had to call the manager out of the whole room. they were not busy at all. in the did there were only 3 tables with diners to dinner time we share the pork, but the server said they could not share it in the kitchen. it was too hard to do for them. I could easily share it on the table myself. what the devil did they even try? our server began to delete the 3 plates while our 4th was still eating. then asked if we wanted to dessert. Come on, look at that table. someone still ate. it wasn't as if they needed the table because the long list of others waited to eat. there were now 4 filled tables. I think this place tries hard, but misses the boot I doubt we'll be back. Oh and something else! the server came to our table at exactly 18 o'clock to ask if we wanted additional drinks from the bar. when we said yes, because happy hour ends at 6, his answer was not a happy hour price that ended a minute ago....it will be full price now. that was annoying"

"Great place with a large variety on the menu. Had the breakfast wraps twice while visiting my daughter in Sunset Park area. Staff was very friendly and even remembered me on the second time in. Very filling and affordable. Will be back when I am in town later this year."

"Who the hell says absolutely the best pizza in town .. that guy has no idea what he 's talking about. Frank 's is real pizza and the best in town. Pizza Boli 's is a chain similar to and in the same category as Domino 's and Papa John 's. They 're also over priced for what you get. I would have gave them 2 stars, but I gave them an extra star because they have a few different sauces to choose from."

"cool atmosphere and great music. definitely recommend to go for pregames. eating was good, but nothing amazing, chicken wings were good, but they do not come with celery or carrots and the blue cheese sauce was very watery. the mozzarella sticks were good for the price. very nice staff and fast service."

"I visit Alfredo's at least twice a month, and their chicken pasta dishes are simply outstanding! The prices are unbeatable, and the portions are always generous enough for at least two meals. I usually stick to the chicken dishes, especially the Chicken Venetian, while my friend is a big fan of the chicken parm sub. We've also enjoyed the steak tips for dinner and in salads. "It wasn't even there. That was exactly what was needed for my party of 10. Service was excellent, the food was cooked, we are served well seasoned and quickly. I immediately pointed out that the staff was recognized by the 1 year old in our group and made sure that nothing was hot in its reach. The menu is marked with GF and V options and there are GF substitutions of pasta and sandwich panels. Kid size portions are a regular meal. Come hungry and ready for remains."

"The food is okay, and the ambiance gives school lunch vibes with the railings. Customer service from the owner is terrible. He was rude and disrespectful. I wanted to order two slices of pizza, and the owner ignored me and started taking orders from the men standing behind me. A lady behind the register asked what his problem was, and he just gave a hand gesture. She took my order, but she continued to look at the owner with disgust. She apologized to me. I said thank you and never returned. The consequences are that we no longer place catering orders 3 times a year. We found a more respectful business to patronize."

"My family and I visited this restaurant and our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and met my expectations, which is rare these days. The prices were reasonable and the food was served quickly. The waitress was especially helpful and accommodating with the kids. "My friend asked about the rustic chicken sandwich on a sourdough roll and the guy just said no it in French bread, although my Italian sub came on a sourdough roll. He paid for our food and he charged me for a meal instead of just the sandwich. When I asked, he pointed to a little scratched sign on the counter that says cash and card prices vary. Trash and the food was a joke. Not worth $17 for something you can do at home."
