"Absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I can?t even begin to explain how Unprofessional this place was today. We were seated after waiting 30 minutes for a table. Then after being seated we waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to even come and talk to us. Once they talked to us we gave them our order right away. We waited for an hour and a half for our food. Up until the point where I went to the front desk to tell them we had been waiting for over an hour, with Many other customers being served before us, that were seated after we were, and they even finished their meals before we got ours. And our server responded with ?let me check on that for you? and she had said that two times prior to me walking up to the front desk. Then a manager came and spoke to us. And practically asked us to leave. And was very rude with her approach. And we told them. We would just like our food as soon as possible so we can eat our breakfast and leave. And the manager just gave us bad excuses for them being an hour and 30 minutes for a simple brunch plate. The food is decent but not worth the absolute terrible service I received today. I am still waiting for my food by the way. Typing this out as I wait. I am not coming back. You?re better off visiting other brunch spots around SLC with more than proper service. Stratford proper was the complete opposite as what I would describe ?proper?."

"Ted's Bulletin is Gatsby meets modern adult milkshake bar! The vibes are at the right time. It feels like you have gone straight into a cleaned and brighter lit talking easily. We had a hard start in our visit here, and my assessment started like a rollercoaster that went down the highest point. My friend and I sat after we had ordered for almost an hour when we saw everyone eating and going around us while we had an empty table, except drinks. Sometimes things are secured, or the restaurant is busy so it is not fast. But it wasn't busy - we were before the rush. And there were two of us. Thirdly, our waiter did not come and confirmed us at all at this time, so we had no idea what the problem was. Finally, we talked to a worker, and our order was somehow deleted. They were very apologetic and even didn't charge us for the milkshake we got. That helped. But the complete turn around the experience was when we went to the front where the homemade pop darts are. We couldn't come by these babies and were ready to buy a few. But they gave us totally free for the thing with our order! This really made our day and we were just so happy and impressed by the customer service. And all the food we tried was fantastic. My breakfast Burrito was simply phenomenal and the perfect part, and the pop darts are made at home - do I need to say more?"

"I absolutely loved this restaurant. My experience here for brunch was incredible, leaving me feeling happy and satisfied with our amazing meal. We each enjoyed two glasses of wine, a Slovakian Orange and a skin-contact Pinot Gris, along with the heirloom bean hummus with caramelized spiced lamb, Turkish eggs, and winter tartine. The spiced lamb was especially delicious and I highly recommend it. Despite already having a filling meal for two, we couldn't resist ordering the cake for dessert, which was a perfect way to end our dining experience. Our waiter, who we unfortunately didn't catch the name of, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose two bottles of wine to take home."

"We went there for Sunday noon for lunch. But they only served brunch. We had two dripped coffees, sautéed mushrooms, Turkish eggs, and an egg sandwich. The sandwich was coming with potato or arugula salad. They do not let you to change the aide even for an up charge. The Turkish egg perfect. The coffees were burned and we asked for fresh coffees again and still it had a burned smell. I think they need to wash their coffee machine. The sautéed mushroom was delicious. It needed a little bit of salt though. The Bloody Mary and the pickles were phenomenally good."

"Great outdoor seating. Had been a couple years since I’ve had brunch here with my friends. I miss the shatshuka(sp?)dish. I was craving eggs with roasted potatoes and veggies. I ordered the porchetta, it came with wedge fries and 2 lovely baked eggs. Eggs were perfect with creamy yolks. The potatoes were okay but would’ve preferred roasted potatoes with onions. The menu was pretty meat carb heavy. I wouldn’t order this again. Stoneburner add a veggie scramble to the menu. You can get creative."

"I was with my sibling and they had a sleeveless (not muscle) shirt on. we were rejected for the hemdes they had. the hostesses had both spaghetti string low cut revealing tops on (like other guests.) when I asked myself to speak with a manager, the manager said it was a 50-year-old policy (not published in restaurant or on the website) that “small” must have sleeves. I asked if she was my siblings sexually male. she was quiet, then I asked again and she said, "we don't have to go there." we went quietly. I asked them what other 50 years old policies they have. from the opposite I admit that the outdoor terrace location is one of the better prospects, but eating (including the chowder) is best in average. very short walk to other major restaurants that have better eating, which are more tolerant and welcoming."

"I've been here a handful of times. For a drink spot/bar, I think it's pretty good: good atmosphere in a great area. If you're you're aiming for dinner, I think there's better local restaurants in terms of value. They were out of my first choice entree so I had to settle for a taco option which was essentially two, small traditional tacos $11). Especially in the W. Loop right now, this location is within a 5 minute walk of at least 2-3 other similar places that serve larger portions and probably have a better value. Go to Takito for the drinks. Skip it for dinner."

"Vibes were good, ambience was nice! Took a while for us to get seated although it wasn’t super busy and there were tons of empty tables. We only tried the avocado toast with a poached egg. The egg was well done, with no runny yolk which was a disappointment and it seemed like the bread was just cut from the loaf but not toasted as it was cold, which defeats the purpose of an avocado “toast”. Maybe we just ordered the wrong item off of the menu, but it was disappointing nonetheless."

"Met a friend because the location was convenient. The food was excellent. Had the scrambled eggs- really loved it. The eggs tasted like they were slow-cooked to perfection. My friend had the Eggs Benedict and she enjoyed it. We also shared a side of the Brussels sprouts and they were truly fantastic."

We can’t always predict how employees will behave, but the efforts to educate and correct are appreciated.———————I stopped in to grab an easy lunch at the bakery today. As a disabled person with a service animal, the manager of this location was more disrespectful than anything I have experienced since having a service dog.Having been to their other locations, I know the service and food. I have had nothing but good experiences previously. Not only was I intrusively questioned about the validity of my service animal, but the manager was blatantly wrong about ADA standards and laws regarding service animals and her industry. My attempts at explaining the laws I must follow to her were met with argument and more than one incorrect claim that it was different in food service locations.Trying to move past that and order bread, she was highly confrontational and rude. I asked if a loaf could be cut in half and was told the kitchen was separate from the food, and a cut of the bread loaf was not possible (even though I was buying the whole loaf. I asked if I could purchase pre-sliced bread and was told that the “portions are already set for the day,” so this was also not available.She even asked other customers who tried to enter behind us to stay outside. She clearly did not want us in her store and preferred that I leave rather than purchase anything at all."

"I go here and normally the food is a decent, and convenient option for me in the mornings.Normally I skip out on the Mixed Berry and Quinoa salad, because to be honest it just doesn’t look that good.Today I made the grave error of giving it a chance. My taste buds have never been so offended in my entire life. It’s actually probably the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth.There is no way, that an actual human being ate this and decided “yeah that tastes good, let me sell it at my shop.” The dressing nearly made me vomit, I’ve been heaving all morning trying to get this taste out of my mouth.Normally I wouldn’t even write a review over something I purchased and didn’t like, but this was so horrendously bad.
