"It’s in the mall so it suffers on ambiance. We were sat adjacent to the bar so a bartender was our server and we were largely ignored. I had to go up to the bar to ask for another glass of wine (it had turned) and waited a long time to check in on the food as I was hoping to get some aioli for my fries. She didn’t seem to know what aioli was either... Steak tips were so-so and we’re supposed to come with arugula like a steak frites but they were instead served with a minuscule pile of possibly watercress? Didn’t taste like arugula. Overall, experience was fair. Good wine by the glass selection."

"If I could give lower than one star I would!! I have never been treated so bad in my life at any place, as I was on the night of the march 20th. The lady working the casino area was so rude she even ran the vacuum into my chair twice didn't even say anything. She grabbed the ticket right out of my hand when i was handing it to my husband. We were never asked if we wanted anything after she was told by another waitress that my husband was waiting to cash a ticket she still took 5-10 min to help him. The only time we saw her was when she told us it was about time to close. When it was time to go she treated me and my friends and my family like garbage, awful. I have worked customer service my whole life and I would never want someone like that working for me. Some people just shouldn't work customer service."

"This one of the worst experiences in recent history. We had a reservation for Mother’s Day and we weren’t greeted for 15 mins. We finally sat down and we placed our order. We didn’t get any drinks for 20+ mins. The tea was wrong, the coffee didn’t have sugar and they only brought 1 glass of water for the 3 of us. We asked for more but never got the water. It took about an hour to get our food and my 3 year old was going a little crazy (all he got was 1 slice of French toast). We arrived at 11:30 and left at 1:30 totally dissatisfied. I tried to speak to the waitress and she told me there were busy — there were about 14 tables in the whole place and it’s Mother’s Day- busy isn’t an excuse for terrible. Never going again."

"Food: the portions were great, but the below average quality leaves you wondering how they can charge so much. The fish appears frozen and unthawed prior to frying. It consisted of four, square, nuggets of fish, a handful of fries for $17.99. The cup of chili screams mid bland, plain (no cheese, onions, hot sauce... nothing), $5.45 cup, room temperature. The black and bleu burger was really good, but chips are served with it and cannot be substituted. The nachos were six decent sized chips, cheese, tomatoes, and jalapenos with chili, sour cream, and salsa on the side. These were fairly good, but extremely anemic for a $14.99 appetizer. The cole slaw tasted more like fish than the actual fish. It was inedible. I believe the spotlight was on the turkey club that was actually very good, and portioned and priced fairly. Service: Umm... what service? We waited while the people that came in after us were served before we were even approached all after being seated. The silverware was dirty, and a menu had blood on it. The server was very friendly after she got to us. Atmosphere: this seems good, but when three people are having an $87 lunch that was worth $50, tops, it's very hard to enjoy the place you are sitting. The prices are on the menu, and I'm not upset about the money. I'm upset that I'm paying Texas Roadhouse prices for Taco Bell quality food. After tip, this was over $30 per person. This was one of my wife's favorite childhood restaurants, and she's complained since sitting down. I do not believe that we will return for a VERY long time. "We have been coming back here for 40 years. This neighborhood restaurant and ice cream parlor hasn't changed much. Miss the player piano though..... the ice cream flavors list is long and the food menu covers anything you might be hungry for. Try the signature ice cream called The Bittner, it has plenty of pecans, but I recomend an extra order because they are yummy by themselves."
