"I ordered 4 of the new Papa Bowls online for carryout. When I got to the store, the employee hadn 't started preparing the bowls. I told him I 'd placed an online carryout order. While he prepared the order another employee came in from outside, didn 't washhis hands, started preparing boxes to put food in and wiped his nose across his forearm and hand two times while preparing thefood boxes. I addressed the issue and was ignored. I also told the employee who was preparing the bowls that I 'd ordered onebowel with ORIGINAL SAUCE, because while preparing the bowls I noticed he was using ALFREDO SAUCE for all of the bowls. Theemployee got angry with me, said I was interrupting what he was doing and continued to make all of the bowls with ALFREDO SAUCE.When the bowels came out of the oven, the employee who didn 't wash his hands proceeded to handle my order. I told him I didn 'twant him handling my order, because he didn 't wash his hands and the other employee started yelling at me. From the moment Ientered the store where the music was blasting extremely loud on a bluetooth device, to the time I left the store, I was treatedwith hostility. It 's a shame, because after years of patronizing this Papajohns location I had to stop due to problems withservice. I decided to give it another chance and I was treated like I wasn 't even a human being. I was treated like trash. Itold the employee I was gonna report the store to the Department of Health, amongst other things and he said, Good luck withthat! When I left the store the two male employees stood back and laughed. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PAPAJOHNS LOCATION ANOTHERCHANCE AND GO TO ANOTHER CITY WHERE I CAN BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED."
