I am pleased that they have improved their customer service 100% as I have made several successful purchases with them. ________ I have ordered from here quite often, but I stopped giving them my business after constant mistakes with my order, only followed by a lack of care from employees and managers about their mistakes. I understand that mistakes happen, and I always give businesses the opportunity to make it right, but my experience in this place is that mistakes are quenched and customer experience is not highly appreciated; so minimal efforts are made to correct the problems. I'll take my $700 a year on pizza. It's too bad because the food is usually good when it's done right."
