"These folks made my day. I had come in to grab some drinks and breakfast for myself and my wife while we work our booth, J-Boss Bakery, at the farmers market. My visit was great and the staff was friendly but as I started drinking my mocha at our booth, I realized my drink was made incorrectly and unfortunately wasn't able to continue drinking it due to my food sensitivity. Due to still being in the area, I decided to go back and see if they could remake my drink. After explaining the situation to them, the staff was so incredibly kind and apologetic, more than any coffee shop I've been to (this situation happens quite often in general). I've asked some coffee shops to remake drinks for me and some would have the audacity to ask if I was sure it was made incorrectly or even call me a liar. Not here. There was no judgment, no questions asked, and they remade my drink perfectly. As someone who's been a barista at multiple establishments including Peet's, I understand mistakes can happen especially in a rush.
