"Definitely the best take-out Chinese in JP! If I had a choice, this would be my no. 1 choice. The problem is, I work late pretty much every day. They close at 9pm most days and I will end up ordering much later. They are open later on the weekends. So, that when I usually get my opportunity to order. There is nothing I haven't liked. I especially like their won-ton soup. So good! Are there better Chinese places in Boston? Of course. However, for regular take-out Chinese food, you can't go wrong! I really want to mention, they are super nice people. Always very friendly and helpful. This is a great local business! Do them and yourself a favor and get some JP Kitchen!"

"We dined here last night hoping for hibachi. It was busy so no surprise there was a long wait so we chose a booth instead. Drinks and appetizers came out rather quickly but the entrees took a very long time. So long the waiter came back 2x to tellusit would be there shortly. No worries- we like fresh hot food. Once our food finally did arrive it was delicious but COLD. Myhusband also ordered a seafood platter that was short on the #of scallops he was supposed to have. I could see quite a bit ofconfusion in the back and it looked like they had lots of to-go orders so I didn't complain. We love this restaurant and oftenorder but specifically came so it would be hot&fresh (with the hope of a hibachi show). Food is always delicious, but apparentlylesson learned: stick to the hibachi side if you want your food hot."

"It was a great experience!! Went yesterday for my birthday with my family and called ahead of time to make reservation, we got there and waited a few minutes to be seated. After we got seated We waited least 20 minutes for the hibachi chef to come out, he was really entertaining and kept us laughing! He did alot of cool tricks including the onion volcano, I will definitely come back again, the food was great and my family and I enjoyed it."

"this mall is one of my favorite places to go!! has some hidden gems such as books a million. hot topic is one of my favorite stores here as well as fye!! not to mention it has round 1, an extremely fun (albeit overpriced) arcade. usually not super busy which may be a little sad, seeing as lots of malls are dying these days :c honestly, it really only has a handful of stores that interest me, but is pretty fun to just walk around, take a look around some stores, and maybe get a pretzel. overall it's pretty nice!!"

"First time patronizing this establishment. I took my boyfriend out for his Birthday celebration dinner. We had a reservation and were taken upstairs. Taste Kitchen was able to accommodate moving our reservation from 7:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. The waitress, Morgan, was friendly and very helpful on ordering options. I loved the vibe of the place. It was a busy Saturday night, however, we enjoyed our dining experience. The food was amazing and delicious! Definitely will go back!"

"I came here for a bridesmaid dinner night and the food and drinks were delicious! We ordered Hibachi and a few girls ordered Sushi. Some of my girls had to wait for drinks for awhile and the service was very slow on that. We waited about an hour before our cook started cooking. Overall they were wonderful and made my day special and brought out a dessert for my party and I. Our server tried her best to get everything asap. I would definitely go back for the food!"

"Excellent quality, focus on freshness delicious noodles! We live around the corner and we were happy to see that Chef Chang's reopened. We decided to eat in, as the restaurant has a clean, cozy feeling. The host was prompt and helpful. I am a vegetarian and ordered the #1 Xi'an Hand pulled BiangBiang noodles. My husband got the #2, which has pork. We both ordered spicy and we loved these dishes. Very filling and healthy. They are steamed, not fried. The other customers were Chinese and seemed extremely happy with the food as well. We will definitely be back. Posting photos of the menu and hours. FYI, the host said they may be changing their name to focus on the noodles. We will definitely be back."

"So me and my kid wanted to try something new and a little more healthy so we go to koi. Saw the reviews so we go. Got there and it was couple customers, not good in my eyes but I said hey maybe not right time yet. Nice cashier as well , got home and the food was pretty good and they give a lot! "Friendly staff but our server did not have enough knowledge of English to answer any questions. Food was hot and looked wonderful. Good portion sizes. Salad was crisp and broth was good. Friend's sesame chicken was cut small so resulted in hardpieces that could not be pierced by her fork. A few flew off her plate when she attempted to spear them. That dish is pictured.The biggest issue we had was the other patrons whose children were allowed to be up out of their seats the entire time,squealing, and dropping noisy electronic toys onto the floor which started many of the diners. Obviously beyond restaurantcontrol."

"Craving Oysters and just picked this place on a whim to try when I googled fresh oysters. Drove by it a million times and never noticed since it’s not on the busy Mamaroneck strip. It actually has additional parking in back. I would call this a hidden gem because you can easily overlook it due to the location and lack of curb presence. We had the Prix Fixe menu which was quite good value for three courses. Oysters were great. We finished it too quickly before I remembered to take pictures. My Snapper was fantastic. The Branzino was very good but should have ordered the whole fish rather than fillet. The rum cake was delicious and reminded me of Tres Leche instead of the Caribbean variety. Cheesecake was excellent and better than the key lime. The latter a bit too sweet where as we preferred a sharper lime taste. They brought us the wrong one so we got to try both. There is a Latin flavor to the dishes and not your typical southern deep fried seafood shack. It’s clean and pleasant but a bit of thoughtful decorations might give it more atmosphere. The owners can either try more festive or more romantic. Not sure which way I would go. The food and service are definitely excellent. Will come back again."

"They didn't seem to care that we had a reservation at all, we still had to wait a while. Our table ended up being off to a side of the restaurant where there were only 2 other tables and our server was hardly ever around, I assume because her other tables were in the main section. For our server to even come over to greet us took a good 20 minutes. We had to ask for things like ketchup and drink refills multiple times before they finally made it to our table. The table next to us had three different groups seated at it and then leave before ordering while we were waiting for our food. Maybe they were understaffed? I am not sure what the problem was but the service was very poor. We stayed because we were with 2 very tired children who would not have made it if we had to find another restaurant. The only thing that made up for it was a 1lb. lobster for $20.99 and excellent clam chowder. I would not go back though."
