"Another perfect meal ! We came back late from being away for the week and realized we needed a plan for Easter dinner. I didn’t want to go out because typically restaurants aren’t quite as good on holidays and only have a small prefixed menu. We knew we would not have an issue at the Fisherman but didn’t plan ahead and make reservations. I called and Mark (the amazing owner) worked his magic and made a spot for us. The food was incredible and the service was excellent. Not surprising though as we had never had a bad meal or less than excellent service here.Thank you again for making our Easter dinner perfect !"

"We had a great experience here in a Friday night. The wine was great, the steaks were cooked perfectly, the crab cakes were delicious. Try the wild mushroom appetizer if they still have it. I'm not a huge mushroom fan, but these were very tasty. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"The staff and food at this restaurant are good. The only downside is that it can be too loud. However, the menus are extremely frustrating as they are made of a type of plastic that is difficult to fold or unfold. It can be quite annoying."

"Everything at The Wooden Nickel was great. However, the service was outstanding. We started with cocktails: a cinnamon toast crunch martini and salted caramel apple mule, which were both like desserts. We enjoyed the Ma! The Meatloaf and Capo dei Capi Chicken as entrees. The presentation of the meatloaf was especially nice. It tasted as good as it looked. All of the flavors melded together nicely from the jalapeño cheese bread to the whipped potatoes and bacon wrapped meatloaf with crunchy onion rings and a hint of barbecue sauce. The chicken was also tasty. We got so much to eat that we didn't have room for dessert. We look forward to returning."

"The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!"

"Absolute Gem in the local neighborhood! We've had dinner at Café Blu several times since a friend recommended we visit. Every visit has resulted in a discussion that a return visit is a must. We are planning a group dinner for 10 people in the coming weeks. The food is excellent...every dish has been outstanding and accompanying vegetables taste as if they were freshly picked from the garden. The staff, from the chef who stopped to chat with us during our last visit, the manager and the entire support staff are excellent. It is great to have such high quality restaurant without having to venture to downtown Naples."
