"I ordered food to go online. It said 20 minutes. I live in the next city, so that's perfect. I'll be in 20 minutes. The girl tells me they don't have a sausage. So I choose another meat. So I had to wait 20 minutes. A simple call would have been estimated. My phone number is included on the order, I believe for this reason. Good and bad customer service goes far. I won't return. 40 minutes for a fast food order I ordered online is unacceptable."
