"The guacamole at this restaurant is top-notch. The margaritas are pretty good as well. The service is usually fast and pleasant. The prices are reasonable. However, the food can be hit or miss. On my most recent visit, I ordered the California fish tacos expecting a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, what I received was simply shells and fish, with the expectation to add the crema salad myself. The tacos smelled and tasted unpleasant, to the point where my partner even spit out a bite. Take a look at the picture and judge for yourself - they were not appetizing or appealing."

"Beware!!! the server was rude and shady. He was rude, when he seated us, he threw the menus on our table, took long to bring us our water that we asked for? Food had no flavor, chips tasted stale! He waited till he gave us the bill to tell us their cardmachine didn?t work but that we could pull money from the atm machine.. we don?t carry much cash so my daughter pulled cash topay then he took our money and kept walking bk n forth wasting time, he even went in the restroom for a few minutes, finally hecame bk and gave us our change minus the fees the atm charged to pull cash from? so I asked him where?s the money you said youwould reimburse for the atm fee? He says oh yeah (acting dumb) he walks away taking another few minutes and finally walks bk toour table to give me the rest of our change!! Don?t say I didn?t warn you!!????????????"

"Had not been here in a while. Used to get good food and service here. My friend and I were most disappointed with both service and food. Food was tasteless. Not the good Mexican food that used to be served here. My friend's fries were saturated in grease with way too much salt. He likes salt but couldn't eat them. They gave him a replacement with less salt but still greasy. The tacos ordered had dry tortillas and were so tasteless we both came away so disappointed but will never return. Too bad. Waste of and most unsatisfying."

"I stumbled upon this hidden gem while in Tulsa for work. Upon arrival, we ordered the white cheese and guacamole. The guacamole was freshly made to order right in front of our table by a gentleman who skillfully prepared it with all the ingredients. While the guacamole could have used a bit more salt, the overall experience and ingredients were well blended. I decided to try the enchiladas suizas, which arrived piping hot and bursting with flavor. As someone who is usually skeptical of Mexican restaurants and avoids eating rice due to it being overcooked and clumpy, this place exceeded my expectations. A word of advice, be sure to specify the size of the margarita you desire. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!"

When they opened, they made the order wrong again, so I called back to the store. The person I spoke to told me? I'll take my name and my number and the next time I come in? ll give me a free burrito, no offer or intention to correct the original error at all. "Horrible service. Completely ignored by staff. Had water with no ice. No straws, no napkins. Got my order wrong. The restaurant had 3 tables seated I was very polite still treated badly. The food was decent though. But why bother going out to eat if u have to find the waitress ask for the basics just to be disrespected? She got offended when I asked for to go box/cups when she brought them and put her butt on my shoulder while placing everything on the table naming off every item. "I had been searching for a decent Mexican restaurant near my workplace for lunch. After trying out a few places without much luck, I decided to give Frank Gina's a shot. The carne asada fries caught my attention for $10, as listed on the menu. I placed my order for takeout. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was fantastic. Although I was charged $13.50, I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for the difference. I would definitely recommend Frank Gina's Cocina and will certainly return!"

"This is a pretty decent Mexican Restaurant. The wait staff is friendly and attentive however be careful, some speak no English. They will nod as if they understand your request and simply continue whatever they are doing. Still the food is good and plentiful and reasonably priced. They do sell beer which is nice. I live fairly close to this place so it has become a regular for me. Nothing fancy here but still.... You won't be disappointed."
