"We order from here at least three times a week from work. Last week, I ordered a Hot Open Face Turkey platter that came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. When I asked what the vegetable was, I was told there is none. It also came with soup and a roll. I got my Hot turkey Platter luke warm on a piece of white bread, no gravy, no mashed potatoes and no roll. I use the broth as the gravy. Today we ordered and I got a Cheese Omelet and a side of bacon with home fries. Whole wheat Toast. I got everything except the Toast. In a little bag that I thought was the toast was the bacon. When the order is repeated back over the phone and very clear to the person taking the order. WHY OH WHY is it wrong? This has happened too many times. I've already called twice. I don't think I'll be in on ordering from here anytime soon."
