"horrible customer service! just got off the phone with an employee asking where my order was, i had ordered it over an hour ago. in the notes i had requested them not to ring our doorbell, and to call me instead to greet them. my phone number was correct. they arrived, called a wrong number, and didn’t even leave the food i had fully paid online for. im frustrated, as i called and was met by a very rude tone and little to no help. i requested them to bring my food back out, they refused, im recieving a refund but it doesn’t stop the frustration! i was calm over the phone, and simply said i understand but this is a bit frustrating and i was again met with an attitude. i wont be coming back. i live two seconds away from the store, and am sick, they really did me a massive disservice today."
