"I have been ordering from Maya for 10 years, and I've ordered the same thing every time: prawn quesadilla. I made that order this evening, and when it arrived I was disappointed to find that the quesadilla had no cheese. It was dry as toast and virtually inedible. I called the restaurant to let them know and see if they would either refund me or send me a replacement. After a 10 min conversation, I was transferred to a night manager, Dan ? , who offered to send me CHEESE as a way of rectifying the situation and said they were unwilling to do more. When I explained why that was an unacceptable response and poor customer service, he blew me off and responded with a rude and sarcastic remark. Moral of the story order from the Vanderbilt location. The quality of food is much better, as is the customer service."
