"Maybe it’s just because they’re new, but very little about this spot felt well done. Very amateur. Terrible lighting (as in, nearly no lighting). Inexperienced staff (couldn’t offer us anything we were requesting and had to keep going back to ask). No sense of hospitality (they took our credit card at the table with our drink order as if we were ordering just a drink from the bar). The food was just ok and of course high priced for just ok. Not much on the menu is meant for sharing yet the place could be an easy spot for small groups. The outside options don’t offer views from what I could tell. Not much of a rooftop bar at all. The greenhouse structure was a lovely setting, but everything else was a disappointment. It’s also very odd for the direct surrounding area to be the heaviest parts of the Tenderloin. It was all on display pulling up to the hotel to get to this spot."
