"When we arrived, there was no one who welcomed us. We stayed there for five minutes and wondered if we should sit down even though we made a reservation. After the host arrived, we sat on the terrace next to a really loud and sworn party that cried, broke glassware and generally disturbed the tables around them. After fifteen minutes waitstaff had not yet come to the table to take our orders, my partner had to go inside and flag someone down. Someone came by and quickly took our orders where we drove to wait another twenty minutes. My partner went back in to check the status of our order when a bartender rushed to bring us our drinks, not even our assigned waiting staff. She apologized for the long waiting period and promised to track down our assigned waiter, and that was honestly the only redeeming experience of our visit. After the delivery of our drinks we immediately asked for the check because we drove too late for our next reservation. The bartender brought us back our check. We never saw our waiter again. After all, the drinks were not even good. I wouldn't return to this facility. There are much better cocktail bars in Raleigh."
