"I’ve ordered a couple of pizzas from here in the last few months, and unfortunately, they’ve been quite disappointing. This isn’t a reflection on the staff, who are great and very professional. However, the crust tastes more like cracker bread, and it's just not good. I really hope you can improve the dough recipe. The delivery drivers and workers are doing an excellent job; it’s the pizza that needs fixing."
