"The staff at this restaurant needs to improve in creating the drinks requested by customers. The drinks are good, but only when ordered as they are made standard. They offer the option to customize by removing boba or adding jelly, but they never follow through with these requests. I'm unsure if the drinks are pre-made or if they simply don't care about what the customer wants, but regardless, I will not be ordering from here again. This is the fourth time they have failed to fulfill my requests."
