"If you're in search of comfort food, look no further than this place. We stopped by for a quick bite and were impressed by the wide variety of soup and salads available. The restaurant had excellent customer service and a great selection of dishes. The soups were flavorful and hearty, and we were pleasantly surprised by a chocolate-covered strawberry roll to go along with our meal. It was a delightful surprise and I definitely plan on returning next time I'm in town."

"Food was good, service was HORRIBLE. Our round of drinks didn't come for at least 25—30 minutes after ordering. Once we ordered appetizers and food they forgot an appetizer, forgot a whole meal and got 2 peoples sides wrong. During the meal we had all ran out of beverages with our waiter only serving the large party at the bar. "The staff member was great however don’t be fooled by the pictures provided online. The food was less than satisfying for the price. And their menu says “keto style” which in this is case means a hamburger on a bed of shredded lettuce and then there is no fork! Keto style burgers should be able to be held in your hand… the prime rib sandwich was flat with little meat. The cost didn’t fit the products. Oh well."

"It's been a couple years since I've been to a Zupas but I just stopped in for dinner and wow I've been missing out. This location raises the bar as I was greeted by all the friendly staff the moment I walked in the doors and was assisted all the waythrough ordering my sandwiches, getting to sample soups and even advice on dessert. "Great soup salad and sandwich shop. We all have our favorites here but my go to is the nuts about berries salad. For sandwiches I usually go for brisket or pulled pork and for soup you can't go wrong with the cauliflower bisque but the lobster bisque is a nice alternative sometimes."

"as a regular at the location maple grove, this has thrown me away with the customer service. the best regal workers. when I was waiting for my flight, I stopped at this place, there was a young lady who trained a very nice young man. When I listened to the train, he was a breath of fresh air. she was thorough and friendly with him. "I love Cafe zupas!! This is in an excellent place of the valley!! If you come to the mall to buy around, I recommend it!! I got a Cobb salad with blue cheese and I got it!! You even have a station to load your phones!! And they offer soups, sandwiches and protein bowls!! Also their bathrooms are always clean!! The staff is friendly and I love the strawberries you give with every meal!! If you have enough space, I recommend one of their deserts!!"

"If you are looking for a restaurant that has healthy tasty food look no further than Zupas. Every time I go I am very satisfied. Recently I have been purchasing rhe protein salad as I have been looking for lean and green meals for my healthy lifestyle. ? The great thing is the salad bar is laid out in front of you. You can see everything they put in your bowls. You can ask them to hold it or put extra in. They have soups and sandwiches even desserts. Each meal always comes with a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate and a role. The prices maybe higher than your normal restaurant but healthy, tasty food is worth the extra charge. I usually dine in. It's a big open dinning area and rven have tables outside. I have also taken food to go and their containers to go are nice and large so if you don't eat all the food the same day it doesn't spoil or cause other items to get nasty like other restaurants. Well ya know I don't rate these things usually unless I'm a repeat customer. I didn't used to get out here that often but I've been 3 times in the last month. So it's a nice splurg if you are looking for a good meal you really can't go wrong with any of their food."

"First the staff was really friendly and the food was great. Two of us went and got a late night dinner. The guy offered some great suggestions and was overall really happy. However the location is really really run down. It's clear that the franchise owner or corporate really has neglected basic upkeep. A clearly broken table is laying in a corner in pieces, the soda machine is a total disaster with leaks, buildup on the sides, and the list goes on. I'm surprised the health department has allowed them to keep that soda machine in service. That service area is in need of some serious repairs."
