"It was July 29th, 2022 around 6:30pm-7:00pm. I was picking up a DoorDash order when the store seemed to be very packed and backed up with orders. An elderly and kind lady had been waiting patiently for her one pizza that she ordered. When she askedfor the status of her pizza again, she was told her pizza was given away and had to wait even longer. This is not the worstpart. After waiting longer than the time given by the cashier, the lady wanted to see if maybe her pizza was put on the readyshelf. Suddenly, the general manager comes out and starts YELLING at her to back up repeatedly. The lady can barely speak forherself as she is already soft-spoken and the man is overpowering her. He keeps yelling at her to backup and not even lettingher speak. Once he goes back to the kitchen, I hear him say to his employee to void the order so she would not get her pizza.Thankfully, they didn?t do that. It was the worst thing I have witnessed in customer service. NO employee, ESPECIALLY thegeneral manager, should be treating a customer like that, especially since she didn?t do anything wrong. Thankfully, othercustomers came to her defense. The lady began to cry, and the manager couldn?t careless. The customers demanded she got herpizza as well as a refund for the poor service she received. When the customers continued to complain about the general managerto the employees, they said ?we can?t do anything about it since he?s our general manager.? Once she left with her pizza andrefund, I saw the general manager and an employee (who kind of looked like him) begin to laugh with each other. I can?t help butto think they were laughing at her, but what is there to laugh at? He made an elderly lady cry and thinks it?s funny? This manhas let the authority and power of ?general manager? get to his head. I don?t know what would of happened if the other customersdid not defend the lady. No business should hire anyone as childish and disrespectful as him. He should be fired IMM"
