"We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"Good food. Good fun. Good spot to watch a game or the fights. Hangover tots are stupid good. Wings are nice, especially lemon yaki. Burgers are okay, sliders are better. Jalapeño cheese balls are delicious. When I'm trying to be healthy, I've order the cauliflower wings twice forgetting that they are heavily battered...good but NOT healthy. Bring your friends, play some games, eat some indulgent bites from a hefty choice of items sure to please everyone in your party, and sit where it suits you quiet dining room, loud bar (lots of cussing sometimes), game room, TV room, or center of all the action. The bathrooms are always clean and the service good. There's no smoking, so it doesn't feel like a bar; it's a sports restaurant."

"This diner is fantastic! It's clean, respected, and overall very pleasant. The omelette could have had a bit more bacon, but the service was extremely quick and the portion size was perfect. "I came here with my family to celebrate mother’s day , we were seating at approximately reservation was set for but that’s no problem , we order our appetizers and they took minutes to come out. I was disappointed to see less than chicken wings on myplate with a side of onlytwo celery sticks ! the appetizers costed me nearly Then we order our entrees , I ordered a chicken parmesan , my brother ordered a chicken parmesan sandwhich , and my mother ordered a shrimp pasta , our food approximately took minutes, not terrible but still a wait , then to receive our food COLD ! , i took a couple bites of the pasta that was room temperature , unacceptable ! For all that wait I should’ve received fresh food. My brother also experienced cold food! the experience was not what I expected"

"Haven’t been here in a couple years. And was unfortunately left wanting when I returned. The entrees just felt like they were missing something. Not enough salt, and overcooked steak were disappointing. The lighting in the restaurant was just a bit too dim. Almost movie theater dim. The restaurant was spacious, and had nice art. But that about all I can say positively. Wish I could say better things."

"when we asked for extra napkins were told there were none. ordered ooey gooey cake for dessert, which has ice cream on it, we were told there were no spoons so we had to use forks. In defense, it was mother's day and the university graduation, but cant understand how a restarant runs out of spoons at 1230 during lunch. Lunch was ok...nothings special."
