"I drove through the drive-thru and encountered a rude and confusing girl. I understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for rudeness. If you can't handle working in fast food, then maybe it's not the right job for you. To make matters worse, my sandwich had burnt bread when I finally received it. I even took a photo of it. When my husband called the manager to complain, she didn't seem to care. All she offered was a replacement sandwich, which was disappointing. This was my second time experiencing poor service at this location. I would suggest going to a different Subway with better customer service."
