"We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, unable to move because there were cars behind us, and we never even got the chance to place our order. When we reached the speaker, the worker assured us she would be with us shortly, but then we were left in silence. If they had just communicated better, we would have been understanding, but sitting there with two hungry kids and no clue about what was happening was really frustrating. So much for "fast" food."
