"My team had a hibachi room. We had 2 waiters, but neither one knew what the other was doing and kept forgetting drink and food items. Everyone ordered hibachi, but one person. They never brought our soup or salad to the table before the meal and didn’t bring them at all/ The hibachi chef was underwhelming, he didn’t do anything special. 2 of us ordered white rice and they forgot that as well- we had to ask. We also had a birthday that we requested a special dessert, they forgot the dessert and brought it after we paid and as we stood up to leave."
