"The service was excellent at this restaurant. I decided to try the spicy tuna poke dish with rice and was impressed by the ability to customize it. I opted to add avocado for an additional charge, and it was worth it as the dish was super delicious. I ordered the 'normal' size and was pleasantly surprised by the large portion with plenty of tuna. My partner ordered a bento box with teriyaki salmon and also enjoyed it. The prices were reasonable as well. Overall, a great dining experience."

"My experience at the restaurant was amazing, except for the fact that I had made a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday and they did not acknowledge it. There were other tables where birthdays were being celebrated, but I didn't want to cause a scene and embarrass her."

"So I have been to Sawatdee many times but not lately as I am tired of the service. I decided to give it a try so this visit we ordered an appetizer and two main dishes!! Both main dishes were chicken and for some reason the one I ordered came with dark meat, which never ever seen in a Thai restaurant. I couldn’t finish my dish because of the dark meat and the chicken came with a piece of fat, they didn’t even bother to cut that fat out, see picture for a proof. The place doesn’t have air conditioner so be prepared to sweat unless you can handle 85 degrees. Another thing was the furniture, it was disgustingly dirty, see picture. Also they got rid of their robot or they were trying to save some energy. I’m done with this place until they fix their business, their food and atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend you try a new place."

"I ordered takeout from this restaurant during the quarantine. I decided to stop by after a visit to Japan, hoping it would lift my spirits. I was not disappointed - the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly! I ordered cream cheese and cucumber sushi as well as vegetarian yakisoba, both of which were excellent. The owner even threw in a complimentary soup on the side. I highly recommend this place!"

"The sushi is not bad, I've been here for a few years, but her sushi is always smaller and smaller, but more and more expensive. The last roles I ordered were really sad, they were really small. There was hardly any rice and the price had risen. Neither the role I had ordered was something like the last time I ordered them a few months ago, they seemed to be banged together, and how the quality had expired a lot or maybe they could not get up with the order volume."

"First time there and absolutely horrible experience! It?s 35 degrees outside they have the air conditioner blasting! Ordered spring rolls they were mushy and not cooked long enough. Ordered steak chicken and shrimp hibachi. We sat at a regular table.and when they brought the food I literally had to pick all the vegetables out because they were over cooked so bad they were mush! They made new vegetables but now my rice and meat is ice cold due to it freezing inside. My fiancé had lobster and filet mignon and that definitely wasn?t filet mignon.. complained to the manager Zach who felt that a $10 discount would be suffice on a $115.00 bill of food that stayed on the table! Definitely was ripped off by Zach."

"I'm sadly writing a one star review of this new restaurant, which is shocking because it's nearly a 5-star restaurant on Google. We were in the mood for more/less healthy lunch and were in the mood for teriyaki and a sushi roll. Was excited to find this new restaurant. Ordered takeout, the gentleman on the phone was friendly, polite, and prompt with our order. This bad review comes from the quality of the food. We ordered lunch portions of chicken hibachi and beef bowl with side salads and two sushi roles. When we both opened the containers the first thing we noticed was the pale/stale color 9f the meet. My chicken. Was cut into odd shapes, rubbery, dry, not fresh tasting. The vegetables were darn near brown and soggy. The beef was shredded to oblivion and was also dry. We looked at the sushi roles. The spicy tuna was mashed together, rubbery, dry, rice mushy and cold. They didn't seem freshly made at all, where fresh rolls tend to be delicate and almost fall apart when you eat them. These rolls were one solid round dry mush. The unagi roll was bland. Our stomachs turned sour and we no longer trusted the safety of this food. The side salad was simply bagged lettuce with a side dressing. Our meal cost $60 in total, and all that was edible was the rice that came in the meals. I'm sorry for such a critical review, but this food was not edible. It has the appearance of last night's leftovers, for real. I wish this place luck in the future."

"Whenever I'm craving special sushi rolls and am looking to be so full I can barely walk, I order the five special roll deal for about $60 something to share for 2 people with some leftovers. HITS. THE. SPOT. Their beef kimbap is also so delicious! Basically, I'm always craving this place. Great value and taste for the price point!"
