"Waited for an hour to have the delivery order canceled without explanation. Could be the best food in the city, but if you can't trust the delivery and it takes over an hour to find out you're not getting the food, it doesn't matter."

"Absolutely loved this place! I was transported several times to Japan and felt there during my meal. I loved the decor and the food was delicious with huge portions. We decided to get so many reviews about the long waiting times early after reading. Right at 11:00 there were no other people waiting, but by the time we left at 12:15 it began to fill. We had an excellent service. After that we looked at the museum similar to the museums we saw in Japan. It was really nice and I am as impressed as everything was in Japan!! 10/10"
