"I had the worst experience at this restaurant with their vegan burger. After waiting nearly an hour, my husband and I finally received our vegan burgers, which were underwhelming and came without any sides or drinks. To make matters worse, the burger was not cooked properly as it was still frozen in the middle, leading me to question if it was truly vegan. My husband discovered mold on his burger bun, prompting us to throw our food away and leave. When I tried to reach out to the company on Instagram to share our experience, they immediately blocked me. I ended up reporting the restaurant to the LA Health Department."
