"Insomnia Cookies really dropped the ball on my order. I ordered 5 cookies and milk for my kids, but after waiting 45 minutes, I called them to check on the status and was told the order was "in transit." Another 45 minutes went by, and when I called again, they said they would just leave the order...what? Eventually, I received an email stating that my order was canceled, which was incredibly disappointing. Thank you for nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to avoid the disappointment."
