"Unbelievably incompetent staff. Notified that our order would be “ready 9:13pm” just enough time to pick it up get to work by 10pm. Arrived 9:20 w/2 folks ahead of me so I let them know I was there (7min AFTER the ready time). No response no acknowledgment.9:30 I tell them I need to go come back… “oh no yours is ready” TEN MINUTES LATER.This is why I hate giving a tip in an app BEFORE service is completed. Urgies should have tipped ME. ?"
