"We ordered two orders of sesame chicken entree which comes with a side of rice. When the order arrived there was no rice in the bag so when we called the store the lady (Selina) told me that we didn’t specify what kind of rice so they just didn’t put any in the bag. We asked if we could just go up there and pick up the rice and they said “no, you have to go through door dash”. So we contacted door dash who told us that normally redelivery is available but it wasn’t available for Rice Box Express at that time. The dasher who was very willing to go back up there and get the rice was very nice but they wouldn’t just give her the rice. I will not be going there anymore. We also asked if we could just go up there to pick it up ourselves and the said no. Then the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a really long time."
