Came all way from UK for my birthday to have a slice of birthday cake was so excited after seeing it on Netflix to find the rudest, most uninterested staff I have ever met. The girl on the counter ignored us for 10 minutes while she stood texting on her phone, she hardly spoke to us, no please, thank you or anything. The guy who made our order made no eye contact didn’t speak and was equally as rude! Failed to give us the order we made and didn’t even indicate that our order was ready.Wouldn’t mind but the actual items were sub-standard and poor probably because they say you can taste good when it’s made with love! Thanks for shattering my impression and really putting a downer on my birthday!"
