"Saturday night pizza, delivered on time. but it's the wrong pizza. the driver put me on a sidebar and handed me shellys. (sorry shelly when the driver came back with her pizza. it was in my hands at a point.) I called and asked for a manager and was told that I spoke to him, nate apologized and said they would regain it and send it over asap. I didn't say thanks to him when it comes, my family will be gone. Just delete the order and please refund it to me. he did it and we hung up. then he called back within a minute or two to offer me a free pizza at my next visit. I thanked him, however, because we will probably only use another location from now on."
