"The cured salmon was disappointing. Some pieces tasted spoiled and the presentation and taste were unexceptional. The risotto was poorly seasoned and over salted, making it an unsatisfactory dish overall. Overall, both dishes were not well made. A disappointing experience overall - 0 for 2."

"The Metro almost never disappointments. The seasonal menu for the fall features their wonderful butternut squash bisque which happily does not taste like pumpkin pie but has a more savory flavor and a bonein pork chop accompanied by Swiss chard and polenta. It is a wonderful paring of fall flavors! The fresh and hot crusty rolls are always a treat with the side of creamy butter. There is a nice selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. Service is attentive but not distracting. I do recommend reservations"

"the tempeh banh mi was excellent. really excellent. and the French pommes were traditional pommes frites. also very good. make sure that the rear terrace in the house is advertised as a dog friendly, but they do not serve food outside and do not let them order inward to eat outside."
