"The texture of the bagel and the service was good. The bagels are chewing and fresh. The cream cheese was also very creamy. I found the bagels too salty. Not sure if this is characteristic for the bagels of this store. I had a quarter of a strawberry beacon and a blueberry beacon with clear cheese. An excessive saltiness and absence of any significant strawberries, except the shade of the bagel, was disappointing, so I asked a substitute blueberry bag, and they graciously committed. The Blueberry Bagel sadly shared saltiness. Both strawberries and blueberries were drowned by the saltiness of the dough. It is not extreme, but it interferes with additional aromas of the bagels."
