"Updated Review 10.5.22 Upgrading review to 4 stars as the last time we went the store had been cleaned up, trashed furniture thrown out, etc. MUCH better! Glad to see they applied feedback. Several other reviews have mentioned the same thing, so glad I?m not alone. My daughter loves this place, so we go, and it?s always been less than clean to put it nicely but the last time we went May 2022) it was particularly dirty. They need to go ahead and just trash the filthy couches and disgusting faux leather chairs. They?re just gross. Only wipeable furniture should enter this establishment. And it should be wiped down frequently. Frequently as in after every use. I get it?s a froyo place and lots of young kids spill, but come on. The floor is sticky, the tables and chairs are sticky, I didn?t even want to touch the handle to get my froyo. I didn?t put toppings on my froyo this time either because they all seemed old and gross, particularly the fresh fruit. You can see a sticky film residue on every surface. Not that hard to grab a towel and a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and give it a quick wipe down. They need a check list system with employee sign off at certain intervals throughout the day to ensure that place stays clean."

"My kids and I visited Peachwave yesterday. I was quite disgusted by how filthy the place was. When we walked in it smelled like rotten fruit. The floors were sticky and looked like they hadnt been swept or mopped in weeks. The walls were also very dirty. We've been there before and I don't recall it being like this. I am wondering if perhaps they are under new management."

"I had the pleasure to find out about surf boba from a trip with best friend. the inner is an absolute explosion to see. the selection of drinks, dips and other sweets is expansiw. I've never seen a lot of boba drinks outside the Korean city. the staff was friendly and helpful. there is nothing I love more seeing amazing little business. this place is definitely for ekpansion it has everything that should have a unique brand and then some. plentiful parking and a cozy atmosphere in the moorpark."

"There are not many fast food places that you can go to that offer fresh, organic selections. Baby Olive is the only one that I know of. And they are in the neighborhood! They make your food right there in front of you. You can even make up your own wrap or salad. And don 't get me started on their smoothies. The Mango Madness is amazing!! They are a bit pricey, but the food is ALWAYS on the mark. I 'm always satisfied after eating but NEVER bloated. This is my 'go to ' place for a quick bite to eat when I don 't want to go home and cook."

"The hash Brown was undercooked, the bacon was soo crispy and stale you can tell it was from a few days ago, the bread was soggy and not grilled even with the grill marks. It was as if it was a fake grill mark. So I tossed the bacon and the hash brown in the trash and was like I will finish the other half of the egg and cheese sandwich tomorrow for breakfast. Come tomorrow my second bite was a full egg shell it totally ruined my appetite what a waste of $10. I’ve always passed this place to go to Fornax bread and will continue doing so. Pass pass pass!!"
