"We sat outside for Saturday brunch. Lovely NY day. We had the baked eggs. They were OK, the tomato sauce tasted fresh but not spices as described in the menu and too many mint leaves for my taste. Coffee came by the end of the meal. So bad timing there. Nice outdoor sitting but average food and service."

"Can't say enough good things about The Woods! From the perspective of the vibe, the service, the food to the drinks! You can't go wrong. We started with the charcuterie and the waitress was friendly enough to get us gluten-free bread. The Korean cauliflower was sweet, tangy and crispy on the outside and soft from the inside. Big big portion to share with the whole table. The Burrata salad is my way with salmon, always amazing! We also have a pizza, trout and another salad. Everyone loves food and drinks."

"While we go on holiday through Santa Cruz, we decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews. It is one of the better rated restaurants in the area. The location is amazing... You drive on a small pier where there are a number of restaurants and shops. Many birds, seals and people fish. Great place to hang out and enjoy the view. The restaurant itself is quite cool, they have small windows in the floor so you can see the seals hanging under the restaurant. The ambience is the place, so we asked for a table at the window. No one was available and the hostess offered us no opportunity to wait, she said she could have us in the bar area, the offered rotating seats so give everyone the opportunity to have a window view. She said it was really nice and people like it, so we went unwillingly with it and hated it. It's like going to dinner several times from night to day. When the wheel turns, go from light to dark, then back to light, then dark. It was a very depressing experience for us. Also within 5 minutes of sitting, all except one of their window seats were available. It would have been nice if the hostess was attentive enough to realize almost all through the window, had finished their meals and was ready to go before they were on this rotating bike. Nevertheless, we turned an hour. Our waitress gave recommendations on drinks we tried. Nothing that happened there, they were pretty, but fruity, beaten kind of drinks. The food was decent. My husband ordered the burger who was slightly dry, but the Mayo and Pineapple salsa added a great taste to the dish. I ordered the cattle and chicken kegs. They had no taste, but were edible. We were underwhelmed by all the experience. Also, we were really upset with the waiter constantly on foot. You have to go over the rotary wheel to get to the kitchen, so that she constantly went around tables to get drinks and food that increases the inconvenience of the culinary experience."

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"

"It was perfect! A great place to sit with friends and be able to have a conversation. Our food was prompt and I felt a little rushed out when paying was presented almost at the last bite, then we sat for at least an hour after and was never approached anymore after that by our sever. We knew we would be there for a while and it all moved so quickly (a great thing) That it would have been nice to have been able to keep the drinks going as we continued to have our meeting. "Cafe Mambo was a fun find. Classic dishes with an island twist. My son loved his Mambo burger. My husband and I had the fajitas (tuna and local fish). The tuna was so good it was tough to want to put toppings on it. All in all it was a great value and excellent food. One note Pa'ia feels a little darker and less safe in the evening then other locations on Maui. When we go again, I will try to park closer to the center of town in well lit areas."

"it was a very lively place as the farm show was in the city! the food and the service was good, but I had to ask a few times to get the gluten-free menu and for our waters. the food proportions were not the same compared to other mr. mikes that we were, especially the part of the pommes that were very sparse (a small handful worth). when we brought it to our waitress, she apologized and brought us more pommes. all were super friendly! the staff seemed kind of roaring and a bit chaotic, although due to how busy it was what I understand! we sat near the kitchen and heard that the chef screamed some paints."

"If you enjoy watching chefs cook right in front of you, then this is the place to be! The chefs put on an excellent show while you enjoy your meal right before your eyes. The sushi here is also top-notch, with a wide variety of options and special rolls to choose from. I have been here several times and always find myself ordering the same delicious roll and leaving satisfied. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! While the hibachi can be a bit pricey, it's the only hibachi experience I've had and the entertainment, interaction, and delicious food make it worth the cost.
