"Adorable coffee presentations and so close to many hotels, mine included. The breakfast sandwiches were more like hard boiled eggs than a fried egg(s) or grilled egg(s) with flavor like I’m used to having being from Philly, but every coffee beverage I had was great! I hope to go back next time in MA and have one of those aesthetic, thick, Japanese inspired soft-serve dishes. A lady next to me got a beautiful cone, and I regret not getting one then!"

"Used to order from here all the time and have always loved it. Some of the best coffee and bubble tea I’ve found in Boston and staff is always friendly, however the past 5 times I have ordered I have not been happy.I have recently been using door dash services and have placed my preferences on “please contact me if item is unavailable”, however rather than doing so I have been sent any random item in replace of the one I have ordered. This is extremely frustrating because I am paying for something specific that I want; and would rather be notified and choose a second option than be sent something random which often is not to my liking.Why make it an option to be contacted by the store if they fail to do it? The first few times I figured it was just a mistake, and kept ordering with optimism. After this time I’ll probably try to find somewhere else to get my bubble tea. Very disappointing after being a customer for years."

"My breakfast bagel was soooo good but the matcha they use here is incredibly low quality. Its not a vibrant bright shade of green but rather a muddy shade and tastes awful. I reccomend the breakfast sandwich but not any of the matcha beverages"

"Wildly inconsistent. Drinks come out missing ingredients and are arbitrarily made. You might ask for a splash of cream and your drink comes out white. Or the $6 vanilla sweet cream nitro will have no sweet cream or is sometimes flat as the end of the keg is still served. You might get a drink that is missing 1/3 of the actual drink. Or a drink that has what appears to be curdled milk floating all through as if that's normal. You can expect to be disappointed more than half the time AFTER a 20 minute wait in the drive through line. I recommend you play it safe and go elsewhere. If you plan to take your chances, I recommend the 6 am crew. They seem to know how to make all the drinks and the coffee does not taste old at that time."

"Best Ice Cream in Texas it says! They 're right! We 've been coming here for years and it is truly the best! It 's not just the superior quality and smooth, yummy taste, but perhaps the way it 's made--it just sits lighter in your stomach. Some of our family can get stuffy sinuses with dairy, but not when we have Graeters! Lots of great flavors to choose from, it 's hard to have one favorite. And if you get any flavor that has chocolate chip in it, get ready for the largest, meltiest chips (more like, slabs! you 've ever had in an ice cream! The place always has a fun kid-friendly movie playing and a great staff. This place is simply the best!!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 8:10 a.m., just an hour before they closed at 9 a.m., and were informed that they had cleaned their frappe machine, so we couldn't order anything blended. We then requested light ice cream in our drinks, but they were filled to the brim with ice and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff member responded with a rude attitude and said there was nothing she could do. I will definitely not be returning to this place."

"I ordered a pink drink with light ice. I do that so it’s easier to eat the strawberries at the end. But it seems like they gave me extra ice. I took a few sips and it was gone!I went to return it and the store was closed. It was a few hours before closing time and there were no signs on the doors explaining why.I gave an extra star because the inside looks really cute. There’s a divided area and a quieter workspace with tables."

"This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever encountered. There are times when the line stretches out the door for a morning coffee. It's clear that Starbucks knows how to manage their staff, as they handle the high volume with impressive composure. I believe Starbucks could benefit from opening a second location on the other side of Glenwood with a drive-thru to help ease some of the congestion that this store experiences."

"very busy so that the waiting period can be long. the parking space can become a chaos and I do not recommend parking and go because they can hang in their place because the drive thru line is too long. we sometimes do not get the custom items we order, which is a scandal because it costs so much. we ordered additional foam on a cold beer and they gave us less than the normal amount. When I informed her, it wasn't extra, like we paid for the foam being melted in my drink. if they have ever ordered a cold brew, the foam takes a long time to dissolve and the coffee was still black."

"this place has the worst service! every time I visit this load, the hired are rude and targeted slow, even after I tap them well. on this particular day during the waiting for our 40$ order- we asked for the free cups that have been delivered since regrettably I tend to spend a lot of money often with dieucks, and the girl working said: "sorry no- we are out" then her family went in which I knew where her family because she welcomed each other as family in spanish, which I understood and she gave them each one. we asked again to test them, and she went back. it is just the principle and the lack of customer support that is important to me. could look less on the free cups. I refuse to go back to this."

"Was a great experience! I went to free cup day to expect, they were very busy. All Baristas were very friendly and had smiles. I have even observed how they were dealing with a very bad customer who had not actually placed their order online, but demanded their coffee, but that did not at all effect it. They were all very quiet, smiled and I had all my order, right, and I was on my way!"
