"I came in to buy cupcakes. The bell rings when you walk in so employees know there is a customer. One girl sat on the phone and was taking an order but didn't make eye contact with me, say one minute or anything.. kept her eyes down. The other girlcleaned some table in the back and refused to make eye contact with me either and never came out to help me. I stood there for 7minutes and decided that my business wasn't important enough to even acknowledge me so I left. Terrible customer service."

"Recently moved her from MA where there was a great cupcake place that my husband and I raved about. No there could top it. My husband just loved the Hostess Cupakes. When we got to Florida it occured to use we would never have the best cupcakes in the world again. Well that proved wrong. I decided to try a place call Smallcakes of Fort Myers. I decided day of our 33rd anniversary which I would always get the cupcakes for him on special occasions that I would special order them and have them delivered. I was nervous as I paid a lot for same day delivery. They did not disappoint actually they were better was a delightful find. You will have my orders from here on it. Thank you so much!!!"
