"This was my very first visit to Freddy's. Ive always wanted to go there but just never did. So I finally got a chance to visit and get some dinner for the family. I wish I would have kept going. Not one person in this place was friendly or had any light. They were all dead and just going through the motions. From the cashier to the guy who gave me my order. So I said to myself maybe the food will be awesome!!! NOPE! It was not good, over cooked, fries were terrible and not fresh or mixed in with old fries. Now the drink. I asked for tops for my drinks and the girl at the counter said they didn't have tops. Not sure why she didn't tell me this when she gave me the cups? I could have decided to go with another size. Im thinking to myself, why serve a size cup that you don't have tops for? And no! Not everyone is dinning in. How ridiculous this looks? I had to hold the cups to keep them from spilling. Thank God I did have to slam on brakes or I would have really been in trouble. Im extremely disappointed at this first visit. Im positive I will never go back."
