"I ordered a chicken panini a few days ago. Food is great. Initially I had wanted food to go, however after a minute I changed my mind saying that I wanted food to stay. The guy at the counter got super angry and mad. Then he told me “I'm not a mind reader”. What kind of customer services is this? Terrible as far as customer service.
