"Beyond the authentic, extremely polite and impeccable family business! The only gluten-free roasted chicken we had and we live in NYC. We did not find a restaurant that dares to make really gluten-free roasted chicken. The owner does not try to make trendy hipster food. The owner makes it for a family member who is really gluten-free! The food is fantastic and addictive! I had the maize bread for breakfast! All sides were also delicious! The portions are generous, we have it back for dinner! The restaurant and staff are really a breath of fresh air in Asbury Park, formerly a ghost town and is now a scene. There is no scene here just great food and friendly people!"
