They never mess up my order, the staff is wonderful and personable. The people complaining are the type of people who ruin the ambiance of the store with their own entitlement and immaturity. "I was missing Ice cream from my order. I called them the next day about it. And the woman who answered the call was nasty and rude. She made it seem like I was lying about the ice cream and was trying to get over. She stated it was Impossible I didn 't recieve the ice-cream. She even began yelling at me. Disgusting behavior. I told her to keep the $10. Looks like she needed it. Never ordering from them again!!"

"Greenleaf is a really nice spot for a good happy hour deal to catch up with friends while enjoying a variety of bar items, a handful of which are vegan friendly. During their 4-6 weekday happy hour, we got a glass of wine $6) and snacked on their Charred Buffalo Cauliflower $7), vegan by nature minus the dipping sauce. The bartender was very sweet to make sure to top off my glass and make sure it was equal to my friend's, since he arrived earlier than me. Shout to Brandi for being the real MVP. The vibe is also nice especially sitting at the bar and getting a 360 view of the entire restaurant. Floor to ceiling windows really brighten up the restaurant and adds to the ambiance. Although I can't comment on their entrees, the happy hour choices were good and I'd certainly come back in the future."

"My Facebook friend works at the West Hollywood location and she's always posting her lunch or dinner from Greenleaf and it got the best of me so I had my daughter and grandchildren to meet me there and it was well worth it, not only was the food better than the delious pictures but the service was wonderful. "Grabbed two single origin coffees and two pastries to go. The cashier was very nice and had good recs. There was no clear area to wait for the order and I felt in the way of either workers or customers (it was crowded every table full). The cafe is gorgeous and very clean. If you're into specialty coffee, this is the place to go. You could absolutely tell the difference between the coffees we ordered it was really cool. Our muffin was good, but the bread pudding lacked a distinct flavour. I personally thought it was a bit expensive and would favor another cafe due to prices, but this is nice for a unique treat!"

"Do not go here if you are a tea drinker. Your tea will arrive in the form of a pour-over using a coffee filter.
