"Staff was really friendly and as efficient as possible, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed. We were only offered coffee once, and we had to ask about 30 min into our meal for warm-ups. Several in our party would have also ordered additional cocktails had they been given the chance. The sugar and cream we asked for were never replenished throughout our meal, even though we asked. The staff also left the front doors wide open throughout our meal, and it was a quite unusually cold and windy day outside. This also made our hot meals and coffee almost instantly cold once served, even though we were back towards the bar area. We did ask to have the doors closed, but it took awhile for that to be done. On the flip side, we love that weekend brunch reservations are accepted in advance, and we will be back again. This was just one less-than-perfect experience after several visits, so maybe they were just short-staffed. The food is really good with some unique options, although they were out of lobster for the lobster benedicts. : Cocktails are awesome too."
