"This is fantastic, healthy, and delicious Mandarin food. The chef is also the owner, they live in the neighborhood, and regulars seem to drop in regularly. Tonight was my fourth visit. Husband and wife seem to pour their whole life into the place, and it shows. The vegetables are crisp, fresh tasting, the beef is juicy, the chicken tender. Even the soy sauce is a little better, the fortune cookies are crisp and fresh. If I lived closer to Novato, I'd go often. Now when I stop to see the puppies at Marin Humane, I stop by Dragon Cafe for lunch or dinner."
