"Rice Bistro, formerly Lo Coastal Fusion, has a great new Chinese menu. They serve large portions that are resonably priced. They still have sushi but I didn’t see anyone eating it. The shrimp and scallop dish was excellent. Very lightly fried and in a sauce that is hard to describe, but delicious. They have a good wine list and several beers on tap. Very good service and the owner was very visible and approachable to chat with, if you wanted to. It’s easy to get a table now, because it’s new. But that won’t be the case for long."
