"Upon entering this restaurant, I was met with an unfriendly waiter who was extremely rude and seemed put out by our presence. They did not have unsweetened tea, so I settled for water which tasted unpleasant. The waiter then handed me a hot can of coke that melted the ice instantly. The pork and scallion bao dish tasted off, almost like it had soap in it. I had to approach the register myself to pay, where the waiter tossed the receipt on the counter and silently placed the card reader in front of me. When I questioned his behavior, he simply walked away. He treated other customers in a similar manner, ignoring their needs and prioritizing his phone over customer service. In comparison to other establishments in this chain, this restaurant falls short and is not deserving of even one star. I will never return here again, as it was a complete waste of $50."
