"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They refused to accommodate to our parties needs. The food was unseasoned and disgusting. Honestly how do you mess up Indian food? Just spice it, it’s not that hard. The food was so unseasoned and unsatisfactory that one of the employees snuck us RED MASALA to make the food edible. Also the manager REFUSED to turn on the ac. He kept lying about it being on or it being broken after multiple people in our party complained. The party was ruined by the poor management. Never coming back and telling friends and family to avoid at all costs."

"This is possibly the worst Indo Chinese food I have ever had in the US. The Manchow Soup, whether vegetarian or chicken, is basically just a soup of red chilies that is extremely hot and spicy with no vegetables or noodles. Eating this soup will almost certainly give anyone diarrhea. The Golden Chili Baby Corn is also disappointing, as it is only made with red chili paste and the baby corn is very hard, lacking in flavor and tasting only like chili. I ordered Chicken Noodles or Schezwan, but received fried rice that was excessively spicy with only chili flakes and chicken that tasted old and stale. I feel like my $50 was completely wasted. Despite its high ratings, this restaurant serves the worst Indo Chinese food. I will never order from here again and will not be returning. They are simply taking advantage of people with their poor quality and truly unhealthy food."

"I recently visited Palace of Asia, a wonderful Indian restaurant that I have been to many times before. My teenage children and I savored the chicken tikka masala and navratan korma, along with tasty naan, puri, and aloo paratha. Everything was delicious. We always end up eating too much here, but we still take home leftovers that we argue over for lunch the next day. My son typically sticks to the chicken from the American menu, but this time he tried the chicken kabobs and really liked them. It's a great place for both large and small groups."

"Took a guest over the weekend, am disappointed to have gone here. Only one type of Roti bread, only chicken for meat every other place I see Two varieties of nonveg chicken and goat or fish and food taste was average, not the Akbar food that I experienced much earlier. Many other places give a much much larger spread, more so on a weekend. Silver lining is that there were few customers that meant no wait time like at other restaurants"

"Funny enough, I like everything but the pizza. The meat lover was thick but plain, no seasonings or spice except the red pepper I added myself. But the other menu items I 've had were good. "They do provide delivery through Restaurants on the Run, but for a hefty fee. Anarbagh offers free local delivery within a five-mile radius, or you can place a takeout order to enjoy a 15% discount. Be prepared for a small wait during dinner hours, as this place has become quite popular. The restaurant has recently been remodeled with new booths, stunning watercolor sky murals on the ceiling, and updated lighting. Street parking on Ventura Blvd. can be tricky, but there is free parking available at the back. The chicken tikka masala here is the best I’ve tasted, having tried it at numerous Indian restaurants across the country. The sauce is rich and creamy, with a wonderful blend of spices and tender, perfectly cooked chicken. One standout dish that I particularly love is the Lamb Mango Masala—tender chunks of lamb in a sauce that tastes like a blend of sweet BBQ and mango chutney. It’s delicious and a great option for those who claim they don’t like lamb. Their dinner for two is an incredible deal at under $40 and includes everything from appetizers and chicken tandoori to a meat curry, a vegetable dish, rice, naan bread, papads, chutney, dessert (gulab jamun, ice cream or baklava), and your choice of soft drinks or tea/coffee. There's also the occasional $10 off coupon in the local mail, which makes it even more appealing. My only wish is that they had a lunch buffet like many other Indian restaurants in the area, but their exceptional dinner offerings more than compensate for that."

"We tried this place for the 3rd time tonight… and it was a strike out. It seems the food got worse each time. The mango lassi was watered down and bland. The mango chutney wasn’t awful, but tasted mostly like vinegar. The garlic naan was beyond disappointing. First, it didn’t taste anything like garlic. It was dry, somewhat burnt and flavorless. The paneer was dry and also slightly burned. The masala had zero flavor or spice. The mushroom saag was awful. Nothing close to any other saag I’ve had. Not only was this food bad, but my partner and I are both experiencing stomach issues directly after eating it… Very disappointed in the entire order. My advice, get a NEW chef or switch food genres. Places like Citrus, Tamarind and Tanjore, are far better and worth the money."

"Despite still being on Opentable as a currently open, available eat in restaurant, it was not! Upon arrival we were greeted by upturned chairs on all the tables, and an owner who greeted us protection free! MASKLESS. My wife and I told him we had made a reservation on the opentable app, to which he responded, “not open for dine in, take out only, big fines”. We told him he should make note on opentable of his current position, and we left to find an establishment that was open for a sit down restaurant experience. "First the good part. One of the best biryani I have had in Chicago area restaurant. The seating area is well kept. So far I have been here multiple times and everything other than biryani (burger, bun kabab, Chaat, Chinese rice, tacos have been below par). I would have tried other things, but normally 2 out of 3 choices are not available. Only seems to be one person holding down the fort at service side and it reflects on the service. Very underwhelming. Will be my go-to place for chicken biryani only."

"EXCELLENT FOOD SERVICE. Arrived at ~7:15pm on a Tuesday and there were plenty of seats (which is a shame), they should be more popular. since one person in our group was stuck in traffic, the staff kindly took our order and arranged to bring it out when our friend finally did arrive. Food was literally sizzling hot and steaming when it did come out. Everything tasted divine. Water was always being topped off. My friends and I met to catch up after 5 years of not seeing each other and the staff let us stay later even a little past closing time. They also helped us take a group photo and had their newly arrived party (of people they knew I believe, not new guests) move out of the photo's background. Definitely check this place out!"
