"Had Lamb Biryani and a side of garlic naan in the afternoon. I imagine the value of the food would be much better during their lunch buffet, but the quality of the meal I had was great and I left completely fulfilled. Their normal plates are sized to be shared but luckily I was hungry so I managed to eat the whole thing. Would totally come back but only during the lunch hour so I don't have to spend 28+ bucks with tip."

"We went dinner on Father's Day. We were enjoying our meal when one of the staff members started sweeping the floor right next to our table. It was kind of awkward. Additionally when we got our check the man delivering the check kept on standing right behind the person paying for the meal and even asked what their name meant. We are unsure whether not he was trying to make small talk or make sure if we were paying a tip."

"The food was incredibly delicious. Although it’s primarily a takeout spot, we wanted to dine in, and they kindly made arrangements for us to have a seat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with them while we waited for our meal and savored some delightful mango lassi. Both the vegetarian biryani and the non-vegetarian tandoori chicken were excellent."

"Definitely my personal favorite!. I have eaten at several Indian restaurants; spanning from NYC to Florida. Although Sitar has run through a few management (and sometimes recipe) changes, it is still my absolute favorite. Just the right amount if spice (I'm not a fan of the bland)...which is what puts Sitar leaps and bounds above Little India in my opinion."

"The restaurant is nice with good food, but the service could be improved. It is well furnished, modern, and clean. The dishes were delicious, authentic, and had good quality with the promised spiciness. I did not need to add extra spices. However, the service could be more explanatory and friendly. We had to wait 10 minutes even though there were empty tables."

"We had made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were surprised to find out that they were fully booked for an Indian event. The staff told us they couldn't accommodate us and turned their backs on us. They didn't even bother to reach out to us beforehand. The restaurant had a dull atmosphere and seemed to lack proper management."

"I just cannot believe the reviews on this place. They have to be fake because the food at this place was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the deviled chicken and the egg fried rice from Uber eats and the chicken was disgusting. It did not look like chicken at all nor did it taste like chicken nor was it anatomically remotely similar to a chicken leg which makes me wonder what animal did they serve me? One bite and I immediately threw it out. The egg fried rice I ordered was mild and it had no flavor just way too spicy and hot and I like spicy food but this was just over the top hot. I love Indian food but this was just horrible slop. Never again."

"I was staying at a nearby hotel and found this vegan-friendly restaurant within walking distance. I placed my order in advance and picked it up. The gobi manchurian was deliciously spiced and perfectly crispy, it was spot on. However, the aloo saag was lacking in flavor and tasted bland, almost like baby food. The basmati rice was very aromatic and cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the poori. If I were to return, I would definitely come back for more of their gobi manchurian."
