"We got the A5 Wagyu course $90 and the Ribeye course $50 to share. The meal started with a sesame tofu appetizer, which was earthy and light. The courses are served with rice bowls, which we didn't finish because there was so much food. Tempura baskets of 5 items were brought out broccoli, potato, sweet potato, prawn, and carrot . For the shabu-shabu: each course had a plate of cabbage, greens escarole? , and mushrooms. The soup base was a beef bone broth. Green onions and spicy radish were provided so each person could flavor their dipping sauces. The ribeye was a good, meaty cut. After swishing, it took the sesame sauce well. The ponzu sauce also added an acidic bite that was well received. The Wagyu was incredibly delicate. We only needed to briefly swish it in the broth to enjoy. I would even say it was so good, it didn't need any dipping sauce. The courses ended with green tea ice cream with strawberries and a light drizzle of honey ? ."
